Monday night special Yoga & Meditation class!

Yin-Yang Yoga & LifeForce Yoga Bliss Meditation

This evening, let’s focus on finding inner balance through a lovely Yin and Yang yoga practice. We will begin the process of re-establishing internal wellbeing with alternate nostril breathing which will allow us to slow down in a few yin yoga poses. We will then explore Yang poses in the way that we generally practice hatha and gentle yoga flows. We will end with a few more Yin poses to embrace and anchor the state of inner harmony that we have created through our practice. Finally, we will seal the deal with a new breathing meditation called LifeForce Yoga Bliss that will create further balance in our energy centers.

To join me for this class on Mon, Nov 17, 2025, simply RSVP by 4:30pm on Monday.

Time: 6:15-7:30pm, in person (Newmarket)

This class is available with your regular yoga class package or at a single price of $21 + hst.

Hey! Just letting you know about this week’s special Yoga & Meditation class:

Yin Yoga & Root Chakra Meditation
Celebrating Summer’s End Slowly…

We have been enjoying amazing end of summer weather lately, let’s take the time to slow down and go within with a beautiful yin yoga practice designed to help us find both upliftment and a deeper connection to the earth element.

Let’s make this practice one of celebration as we embrace these words from Rumi:

There are a thousand ways to kneel and kiss the ground, a thousand ways to go home again.

The practice will end with a relaxing root chakra meditation as we prepare for the official arrival of the fall season in all its glory and the predominance of the earth element.

There are so many benefits to meditating such as: stress and pain reduction, better sleep, emotional balance, calmer mind, lowering of blood pressure, and much more.

What if I told you that meditating can be a part of your day that you absolutely look forward to doing, something that you truly enjoy and benefit from?

I have been a meditator for over 30 years, and I am happy to share what I've learned to make meditating a beautiful and nurturing experience!

Have you been trying to meditate, but you can't stick to it for some reason? Too many distractions, life gets in the way?

Maybe you think your mind is too busy, and you just can't do it?

There are ways to make our meditation experience work for us instead of against us! What if I told you that meditating can be a part of your day that you absolutely look forward to doing, something that you truly enjoy and benefit from?

I have been a meditator for over 30 years, but it wasn't always smooth sailing... I had to learn how to make it work for me, with my own baggage, life responsibilities, and personal biases. I'm happy to share what I've learned to make meditating a beautiful and nurturing experience, with no struggle!
