To provide the best possible care and ensure availability for all patients, our clinic has a strict cancellation and no-show policy. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show.

• First late cancellation or no-show:
A fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost will be charged.
• Second and subsequent late cancellations or no-shows:
A fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment cost will be charged.

Why This Policy Is Important.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations limit our ability to offer timely care to other patients who may be waiting. This policy helps us maintain scheduling fairness and high-quality service.

Exceptions.
We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the clinic in cases such as:
• Medical emergencies
• Family emergencies
• Severe or unsafe weather conditions
• Other circumstances deemed reasonable by the clinic
