A common suggestion we’ve received is an evening menopause zoom information session to help make it accessible to individuals who have obligations during the day. You asked and we delivered! Join our team on November 20th from 5:00 to 7:00pm to learn more about menopause.

Led by our Occupational Therapist and Social Worker, this group will introduce participants to practical tools and strategies for managing symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression. Participants will have a better understanding of how their emotions, behaviours and thoughts affect one another and will be able to use the practical tools and information provided to reduce their symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression!
