of highly energetic, motivating fitness instructors and
personal trainers who are experienced, well trained,
and carry only the highest levels of certifications. We are the first Ladies Only Multi-Disciplinary
Studio serving Newmarket, Aurora and the surrounding
areas. We specialize in Yoga, STOTT Pilates Reformer, Bike, Barre, Rowing, Group Fitness, Group Training, Zumba, and so much more....

This past weekend marked 17 years of function🤍 Crazy right? What’s even more crazy is that some of you have been with function since our doors first opened, 17 years ago😱

We’re incredibly proud to be here 17 years later. We might be biased but we do hear this comment from almost everyone who steps foot into function, that our community is so special. Have you ever met more kind, supportive & strong women under one roof in your life? It’s an energy that we’re so lucky to be surrounded by every day. Our members truly make our days so much brighter!

Our TEAM. Oh we are so blessed to have such a wonderful & talented team. Every year gets a little crazier, good crazy. But that comes with a lot more work. There are so many things that happen behind the scenes to make our little business run so smoothly. Like when our washing machine broke down this week and we had to do the towels at home🫠 The show must go on lol. Every single person on our team plays a huge roll and we couldn’t do any of this without you. Couldn’t ask for a better crew. We started with less than 10 people 17 years ago and now we’re pushing 40😳

Thank you ALL for supporting our family business.

THE PILATES ROOM - by function

Our new space opens September 8th and we’re so excited to get you all in this room!

This space gives us an opportunity to offer more reformer classes to our community, get you off the waitlist sooner, offer more beginner classes, private bookings for parties or sports teams, and get your partners on the machines! We hear ALL the time how you wish you could bring your husbands, dads, or brothers and now you finally can. Reformer & dinner at ? Sounds like the perfect date night.

This is an additional space that does not interfere with what we have going on at function studios. Function Studios will remain the exact same! The Pilates Room has a separate entrance and guests will enter through natures emporium or the side door…not through function.

You will book these reformer classes how you book your current reformer classes, through the function studios app! You’ll notice the classes that say “CO-ED” are classes that will be held at Pilates Room and classes that don’t specify will be in our regular studio. You’ll see more details in the class description.
