Moxie Total Health has been running for 7+ years strong! We are dedicated to improving the life of women in the whole Niagara area by increasing self-confidence through physical, mental, and internal benefits! The HIGHLY effective techniques used are geared towards providing a personal-trainer atmosphere by customizing the nutrition and workouts for the individual, instead of the less-effective, large-group “classes” offered in bootcamps, or class-atmospheres!
