I'm really looking forward to the Canadian Equine Hoof Care Association conference May 9th-11th.
I have always advocated for and stressed the importance of having a team orientated approach to not only hoof care but whole horse care to ensure we do our best for our equines.
The line up of speakers and presenters is fantastic and I am humbled to be a part of a weekend of sharing knowledge and experience.

MOREAID Squish Pads. The 3D printed squish pads are made with a reforming mesh system which allows it to deform and reform to the natural need of each individual horse over a period of time. This enables it to find the sweet spot of comfort which can be seen from the first steps. The squish pad helps enable the blood supply to the foot. This allows the natural repair mechanism within the foot and improves rehabilitation.

A client purchased this horse and it was delivered Sept 8th 2025. Our first trim on this horse, this is the right hind, was Sept 19th 2025 with subsequent trims Oct 7th, Nov 7th, Dec 23rd, Jan 23rd 2026 and the second photo was post trim Feb 28th 2026. This horse has remained barefoot throughout this process.
