The focus of Level one is on self-healing and offering healing energy to others. We will cover the history and benefits of Reiki, the Chakra system, the Reiki Principles, and Reiki for animals and plants.

You will also learn hand positions for self-healing and how to provide a session for others. I will guide you through exercises to learn how to calm, focus and ground yourself before a Reiki session. You will receive a Reiki attunement, a course manual and a certificate.

I am very excited to be offering a Level one Reiki class on Dec. 1st, 2024 at Zen House Yoga Studio, in Niagara Falls. If you are interested in energy work this will be a lovely introduction.
