✨Today marks 11 years as a Registered Massage Therapist✨
This month I also turned 33- which means I’ve spent ⅓ of my life doing this work. Over the last decade, I’ve cares for so many people, building my 10,000 hours. This has really lead me to be so aware of the energetic component to care we offer and I am gradually leaning more into offering soul‑centred treatments.
I’m currently enrolled in the Ontario Jubilee program, training to become a Spiritual Companion. It’s helping me deepen my ability to offer presence, intuition, and energetic awareness. I’ve also found the more I can connect with myself, the more I can hold space for clients to feel truly seen, supported, and cared for. So far in my career, I’ve worked at a physiotherapy clinic, alongside my mom in our home-based clinic, solo at home, and then welcomed other practitioners into my own home (oops — basically lived in a clinic). And to present, I’ve built - a multidisciplinary clinic that houses six incredible businesses ✨ This journey has really been wild, humbling, and so full of gratitude!
