I’ve been a member for a month now and being more intentional about moving my body in different ways. I will tell you I strength train regularly but doing yoga with you this month more regularly has felt really good. This was something I was missing mobility wise. My movements are far from perfect. I’m so grateful for the detail you put into your videos. I’m the most basic beginner so the direction is really helpful. Thank you for the encouragement in our one on one video session recently. It really made doing online sessions feel more personal. Today I did the 30min Yoga - Strength & Stretch #5. Holding certain poses really makes you mentally focus because being still really takes strength! I’m looking forward to the next session!
