While the calendar marks December 25th as the main event, we believe the spirit of the season isn't limited to a single day. We are sending out a wave of love and light to our entire community today as we continue to celebrate this time of reflection and renewal.

The wrapping paper may be cleared away, but our wishes for you remain bright. We hope yesterday was filled with meaning for you and your loved ones.

Today, we are thinking especially of those who are just now getting a chance to rest after working through the holiday, and those for whom yesterday was a struggle. May this Boxing Day offer everyone a moment of stillness, a deep breath, and a peaceful heart as we look toward the New Year.

On this Remembrance Day, we pause to reflect on the immense power of service, courage, and resilience. This day plants the seeds of heroic action in our hearts, shifting the focus from the glory of war to the profound, selfless courage required to defend and maintain peace and freedoms for all.

To truly fulfill this sacred promise and honor their sacrifice, Remembrance Day calls us to anchor ourselves in the present moment. The past is history, and the future is potential. We honour the fallen by ensuring that the sacrifice was not made in vain through our conscious presence today. By practising mindfulness and choosing non-violence in thought, word, and deed, we interrupt the cycles of anger and revenge. True peace is the sustained realization that the present moment is the only place where war cannot exist.

This commitment to inner peace serves as our highest oath. Remembrance is a promise to the souls of the departed that their ultimate sacrifice will serve as a moral compass for the living. We honour the contract to protect the freedoms they secured and to use those freedoms responsibly to build a more just and equitable world.

You may have noticed we have pinned a notice on our Page about someone claiming to be Spiritual Niagara. This is NOT Spiritual Niagara, but a duplicate page. This page is leaving post comments or DMs asking people to reach out for free astrological analysis or tarot readings. Spiritual Canada and Spiritual Niagara DO NOT DM community members to solicit business.

We have also had reports of some of our practitioner members having their pages duplicated and similar solicitations being reported back to them.

I've written a post for page owners and followers alike. This post explains how to identify a fake Page and how to report it if you follow or own the real Page! Let's protect our community!

It starts with a message.

“Hey, did you send me this?” A loyal follower screenshots a DM. It’s your face, your logo… but the words aren't yours. Maybe they're offering free astrological or tarot advice. But you don't solicit business through DMs... it must be a scam.

Your heart sinks. It’s a violation.

As lightworkers, healers, and spiritual coaches, we build our communities on a foundation of trust. Scammers see that sacred trust as a vulnerability to exploit. They create a fake page, steal your photos, and then DM your followers with potentially fraudulent, probably fear-based offers. It’s infuriating and, frankly, disgusting.

This is happening to practitioners everywhere. These scammers are targeting the kind, open-hearted people who follow your work.

But you are not powerless. This guide is your complete action plan. We will cover exactly how to spot these phonies, what to do the moment you find one, and how to get them shut down for good.

If anybody claiming to be Spiritual Canada or Spiritual Niagara contacts you offering a reading, report the message and profile to Meta.

The profile in question has the URL https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61582536762821

The page intro states 3k followers... yet the count below Spiritual Niagara shows single digits. And the page transparency shows it was created in October of this year (2025). Spiritual Niagara has been on Facebook for 15 years.
