We’re partnering with Community Care to collect non-perishable food items and help make the season brighter for local families. ❤️

📍 Drop-Off Location: In clinic @ Griffiths!

📅 Dates: now until December 22nd

🎁 Most Needed Items: Pasta – noodles & canned, potatoes – boxed & canned, tuna & other canned meat, chunky soups & stews, breakfast cereal, School-safe snacks (fruit cups, granola bars, cookies etc.)

Performance Physiotherapy is a unique brand that blends manual physiotherapy techniques along with movement awareness, mobility, strength and conditioning exercises to give you the maximum exposure of efficient and effective movement. As a result of the high amount of focus on movement, limited time is spent with passive modalities such as ice, heat, electrical stimulation etc.

Performance - “the action or process of carrying out or accomplishing an action, task, or function.” (google dictionary)

Physiotherapy - “The heart of the physiotherapy profession... is understanding how and why movement and function take place. Physiotherapists are highly skilled and autonomous health professionals who provide safe, quality client-centred physiotherapy through a commitment to service availability, accessibility and excellence.” (Canadian Physiotherapy Association)
