What is the differences of Reiki, BodyTalk, Access Bars?
Each one is an alternative health modality using a different energy technique to reduce stress and trauma which can lead to illness.

REIKI - is a simple gentle technique that helps to release blocked energy so that the energies flow throughout the body creating deep relaxation to wellness.

BODYTALK - restores the line of communication within the body by balancing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. BodyTalk can also get to the root cause of why these lines have been broken. When the body is in balance wellness returns.

ACCESS BARS - There are 32 points on the head which are connected to different aspects of your life, when activated helps to relieve stress and increases positive attitudes. Access Bars can help to change areas of your life you don't know how to change and create a space for possibilities.

Access Bars - is a set of 32 points on the head which, when lightly touched, can help facilitate reduction in stress and trauma throughout the body, and increase positive attitudes toward life.
This is a gentle, non-invasive technique works on releasing both physical and mental blocks stored within the body and helps to facilitate greater ease in all different areas of life.
A session can help with the following:
Improve physical health
Greater clarity and reduced stress
Enhance motivation and easier communication
Improvement in feelings of joy, happiness, gratitude, kindness and peace
Deeper relaxation and positive effects on migraines and insomnia
Enhances mental health: reduced symptoms of depression, panic attacks, ADD, ADHD. OCD

A Bars session is about 60 - 90 mins. and feels like a gentle head massage.
