👉 We went all the way north through all 3 Territories and ended our journey in Cape Dorset, Nunavut—a stunning northern community known for its breathtaking Arctic landscapes and rich Inuit art culture. ❄️🗺️🧡

From St. John’s, Newfoundland to Cape Dorset, Nunavut, we collectively moved thousands of kilometers together as a community—walking, biking, swimming, and staying active all summer long.

We are so proud of every single step and so grateful to everyone who joined us. You helped turn this challenge into something truly special. 🧍‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏊

To allow more family time with my growing kids (now 7 & 10!), Dr. Heather will be adjusting our Saturday hours. Beginning in October, she’ll be in the office on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month instead of every Saturday.
