Traditional Reflexology has two locations in southern Mb to help you de-stress. Niverville location 106 Main st. Tue/Thur 10am till 8pm.

St.Pierre Jolys location 530 Sabourin st. A Reflexology Association of Canada Reflexologist since 2005. I have specialized training in Foot Reflexology, Chi'n Reflexology ( a combination of Auricular Reflexology & Meridian theory) as well, Thai Foot Reflexology and Nerve Reflexology. Clients remain fully clothed during their Reflexology session however comfortable loose fitting pants or shorts are requested to be worn during the sessions. As of January 1st 2021 my reflexology sessions include a combination of all of the forms of reflexology which I have studied. This allows me to customize each session for your individual needs which I believe is most benificial in helping you reach your health and well being goals. As of January 15th 2018 a mileage fee of $10.00 will be added to all mobile clients. As of January 2020 I am no longer accepting new mobile clients at this time.

*$2.00 transaction fee is applied if paying via e-transfer, credit or debit.

Good morning Everyone!!

I am excited to let you all know that this April 18th & 19th I will be taking a course entitled Introduction To Osteopathic Reflexology. I will be diving into the biology that is facsia! I am SO excited to be geeking out on this topic! All though this is just an intro and i'll just be dipping my toe in so to speak, I know what i'll learn will be of benefit to you all!

DEFINITION
Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surronds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber and muscle in place. The tissue does more than provide internal structure; fascia has nerves that make it as sensative as the skin!

Hello Everyone!

I'm here in the Niverville office today, taking my mid day break.

I have gotten into the habit of doing a 10-15 minute meditation this time a day. I like using the Calm app. I really find it helps to give me the energy for the second half of my day. My personal favorite is the body scan. It has been helping me to consiously let go of any physical stress that has built up so far in the day.

This type of meditation is new to me. So i'm curious, what if any meditation practices do you take part in to help keep your stress down and focus forward?

Many of my clients are enjoying starting of their Reflex sessions with a 10 min meditation. If you'd like to do that as well, let me know when you arrive for you session.

Our Story

A Reflexology Association of Canada Reflexologist since 2005. I have specialized training in Foot Reflexology, Chi'n Reflexology (a combination of Auricular Reflexology & Meridian theory) as well as Thai Foot Massage. Clients remain fully clothed during their Reflexology session however comfortable loose fitting pants or shorts are requested to be worn during Thai Foot Massage and Target Reflexology Therapy sessions as I work the meridians from the knee down to the foot. As of August 1 2017 clients now have a choice of three types of therapy sessions. 1) Traditional Foot Reflexology session are 60 minutes in duration and cost $60.00 if paying cash. $62.00 if paying by e-transfer, visa debit or credit.* 2) Thai Foot Massage is 60 minutes in duration and cost $75.00 if paying cash. $77.00 if paying by e-transfer, visa debit or credit.* 3) Targeted Reflexology is 50 minutes in duration and costs $70.00 if paying cash. $72.00 if paying by e-transfer, visa debit or credit.* As of January 15th 2018 a mileage fee of $10.00 will be added to mobile clients who live a distance greater than 20km away from Niverville MB. *Due to the time and distance it takes me to travel to the Selkirk office $10.00 will be added to the cost of the above services.
