Don’t lose yourself this month!

I am personally declaring December a ‘Self Care’ month, in my own life, despite the energy and hustle of the rest of world will suggest otherwise. Slowing down, taking time to breathe, connect with some souls I haven’t visited recently, and allowing time to reflect as we enter into a season that’s actually meant for nourishment and retreat ❄️

Instead….Our bodies will try to keep up, the mental load gets a bit insane, and the energy gets spread a bit thin (and the wallet if we aren’t intentional and mindful).

So for the month of December, I am running a promo for any client (returning or new) to slip out of the pace of the world, and into a pause and some grounding and relaxation.

Savings on 1:1 Sessions for appointments booked in December, with an added bonus of joining my ever powerful and population ‘Year End Review’ online session on December 28th💕

An experience like no other, and right in our community. We are the LAST stop on David’s ‘60 Shows in 60 Days’ Canada tour, and let’s fill the house💕

TWO SHOWS, both on Saturday Oct 11th
2-4pm & 7-9pm

Each show will take place in two 40-50 minute sets. David’s set up includes 6 Quartz Crystal Bowls, 8 Paiste Planet & Symphonic Gongs, 2 Persian Santoors and Harmonica.

Each Crystal Journey concert is aimed at providing a safe and relaxing environment. Each performance is completely unique.

Our Autumn Equinox Series just got a bit deeper!

If you are feeling the heaviness and intensity of Fall, you aren’t alone. This is a season of inviting release of who you no longer are, experiences you want to release, and emotions that you have been holding.

An experience like never before to get out of your head, into the body, nervous system and subconscious to release, rewire and heal. And yes, a build up to an epic somatic release to seal the session.

With both Andrea & Miranda

A supportive restorative practice using bolsters and props to allow the body to fully surrender and release. Each one is followed with stillness and support of an amazing playlist to help relax fully while Andrea needles an acupuncture point or two.

As we transition out of Summer, we also may notice our bodies becoming more sensitive to our surroundings. The Element associated with Autumn is Metal it is the most sensitive of elements and needs proper care to thrive - too much water it rusts, too much fire it melts. Metal likes to be balanced and ordered.

Autumn corresponds to our Lung and Large Intestine organs in Chinese Medicine - these organs take in what is needed and let out what is not. In Autumn it is a great time to process and organize both our surroundings and ourselves. In Chinese medicine Autumn is the season of reflection and introspection, assimilation, and release of all that we have gained in the previous seasons of Spring and Summer.

A great way to release stress, clear the mind, process emotions, and recalibrate the body, mind, heart and soul. All you have to do is show up, and leave the rest to the bowls.

Settle in using provided Yoga bolsters, meditation pillows (option of chairs) to allow you to get comfy and supported, or bring your own props.

Crystal singing bowls provide sound and vibrations while played that help to balance the chakras, release and move energy in the body, improve mood, relieve stress, re-energize your auric field, minimize pain and help restore your bodies balance.

Feel free to bring a warm tea, blankets, slippers...whatever you need to fully relax. A great session for all body types, mobility levels, and ages.

We’re just built different.

In our space, we don’t believe in fitting into a box. Needing to make seperate time for all the different areas of wellness.

Life is a journey that you can sprinkle soul, intuition, and healing into anything…even your workouts.

You don’t have to just workout.
Just meditate.
Spirituality doesn’t look a certain way.
It’s not black or white.

When I say we are holistic, we mean in all aspects. And all our offerings bring something very different that ya don’t get other places.

We aren’t for everyone. But we are very much for those who feel called to be with us. Those seeking softness and support. Those looking to get stronger, healthier. Anyone feeling like doing some inner work and healing.

Anyone who ‘Aligns’ with our values, vibe and energy.

Watch for our slow roll out this week with everything 2025 Finale, as we roll out of one season, and into both Fall and Winter.
