A Canadian company whose products I absolutely LOVE for myself and the kids is !

My husband and I like to use seeds when we cook, but having a peanut/nut allergy in the house made it difficult to find a company that didn't have "may contain" on bulk seeds. Thankfully, we found Healthy Crunch a year or two ago, and have been ordering from them since.

I'm excited to have a treat later (apple is for me, mango for my husband). Dark chocolate contains magnesium. Having some dark chocolate covered apples is a nutritionist approved snack!

Also, they send samples with every order. This time, I got the double chocolate and apple cinnamon Granola bars (school safe!). The kids are going to like these bars in their camp lunches!

Today, I had the honour of being a part of a workshop put on by called: Thriving Through Menopause.

The day consisted of cardio, strength-training, yoga, a nutritious and delicious lunch, and a nutrition presentation. There was so much value packed into today's event!

It is SO important that we have support and workshops for women approaching or going through menopause. I'm very passionate about women's health and helping women feel empowered. Being a part of this initiative was a great experience and I can't wait for the next one!

Thanks to for donating sparkling water to the participating. It was a refreshing way to cool down.

What professions in BNI would you love to have a 1-2-1 with?I would love to have 1-2-1s with any of the following: RMTs, Chiropractors, Personal Trainers, Physiotherapists, Athletic Therapists, other holistic wellness practitioners.

What is your "ask" for anyone seeing this? My ideal client/ask is: someone who is tired all of the time, deals with boating, and struggles with hormone imbalance/menopause.

What are you most excited to do this summer? This summer I am excited to spend quality time with my husband and 3 kids outside hiking, on the beach, and on the family boat.
