1. Geode - Making decisions around your health. I feel your outside is not what your inside vision is. Take time to put yourself first. Even 10 minutes of stretching can make a difference over time. Go for a walk even if it is just 5 minutes. Drink a glass of water before you have that cookie, cigarette, wine or whatever other habit you wish to change. Be kind to yourself when you look in the mirror. Changes are available you just need to take the first step. After making that choice for 21 days you will then have turned your health into a good habit. Change what you can one step/ thing at a time. You will thank yourself. 🙌🚶‍♀️‍➡️🚶‍➡️

2. Amethyst - Frustration, impatient, wanting things to change NOW!! But they can't change that quickly. I feel delays in what you want to come about. Just breathe the Universe is working behind the scenes for a better outcome. I feel changes in residence or jobs for some of you. In many pagan and witchcraft traditions, the Maiden, Mother, and Crone represent the three sacred phases of the divine feminine.

Together they form the Triple Goddess, a symbol of life’s natural cycles growth, creation, and wisdom.

The Maiden represents beginnings. She embodies curiosity, independence, and possibility. This is the phase of discovery, where intuition awakens and the spirit begins exploring its path. The Maiden is often connected with the waxing moon and the energy of spring.

The Mother represents creation and nurturing power. She is the phase of manifestation, where ideas, relationships, and dreams are brought into the world and sustained. The Mother is often associated with the full moon and the fertile energy of summer.

The Crone represents wisdom, transformation, and the deep understanding that comes through experience. She is the keeper of knowledge, the guide through endings, and the one who sees truth beyond illusion. The Crone is often linked to the waning moon and the introspective power of autumn and winter.

But these phases are not only about age.

They exist within every witch, moving in cycles throughout life. There are moments when we are the Maiden learning and discovering. Moments when we are the Mother building, creating, and protecting. And moments when we are the Crone reflecting, guiding, and seeing with clarity.

Many people believe shadow work is about digging through pain, trauma, or difficult memories.

But another layer of shadow work exists that witches have quietly understood for generations.

The shadow does not only hold wounds.

It also holds suppressed power.

Throughout life, we are taught which emotions are acceptable and which must be hidden. Anger becomes something we silence. Confidence becomes something we soften. Desire becomes something we downplay.

Over time, these instincts do not disappear.

They move into the shadow.

This means the shadow often contains the very traits that could protect, strengthen, and empower us if they were allowed to exist consciously.

A witch approaching this kind of shadow work begins with observation rather than excavation.

Pay attention to what triggers you.

Not just pain but judgment.

When you strongly judge someone else’s behavior, it can sometimes reveal a trait within yourself that was never allowed expression.

For example

Someone who was taught never to show anger may feel uncomfortable around people who express it freely. But anger itself is not the problem. It is a boundary signal that was never allowed space to develop.

In shadow work, the witch learns to reclaim these buried instincts.

Through journaling, meditation, or quiet reflection, ask yourself…

Where in my life was I taught that certain emotions or traits were unacceptable?

What strengths might be hiding inside those rejected parts of myself?

This process is not about becoming reckless or reactive.

It is about integration.

Allowing confidence without arrogance.
Allowing anger without cruelty.
Allowing desire without shame.

When these instincts return to consciousness, something powerful happens.

You stop feeling fragmented.

Your intuition becomes clearer, your boundaries stronger, and your magic more grounded.

Because the witch who knows herself fully does not fear her shadow.

She recognizes it as the place where her unexpressed strength has been waiting all along.

So much is happening on our planet right now. Causing division, fear and confusion. It is hard on our emotional, mental and physical. We are drained and exhausted. All we want is for life to be happy, free, fulfilling, healthy and prosperous for all. The energies are heavy. Yet somehow deep inside is a little flicker of light that brings hope, dreams, LOVE and LIGHT. We remember why we are here. We choose to come to this planet to witness this great event. To see the darkness and evil upon the planet lose it's grip. To create a new vibration of LOVE, ABUNDANCE, HEALTH and FREEDOM. Stay conscious, release the energies as they come up.
