This has been on my bucket list for a long time. Yoga Teacher Training. I started this program in January but had to pause. Tonight, I pick it back up after several months of super busy months and big transitions. It feels good to slowly keep moving towards this goal. As I sit here with a coffee and my daughter’s iPad (thank you Z), and R living his best life with his friend, I’m reminded that not every goal needs to be completed in one shot. Every little movement forward is as sweet as the big ones…maybe sweeter. What are you working on right now or is this your time to pause?
