Harmony Helps I am Suzanne Marie Harmony, Reiki Master, Inspirational Speaker, Owner and Founder of Harmony House It was discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 1900′s.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is administered by “laying on hands” and techniques such as this have been practiced for thousands of years.
