From Fracture to Curiosity: A Gentle Invitation -

I recently returned from a conference with fellow Imago Relationship Therapists. These gatherings are more than professional development—they’re opportunities to experience the kind of connection we strive to foster in our work. The highlight for me is always Communologue, a structured group Di...

GREETINGS!
Last week, I wrote about wonder — and how beginner’s mind, pronoia, and the small synchronicities of daily life can open us to a sense of feeling quietly supported. All of these practices point toward the same thing: well-being. A way of living that feels more spacious, more connected, more alive.

Today I want to touch on the practice of gratitude where we FEEL the feelings of gratitude as part of our practice. I include a few practices at the end. Do you have a daily practice you love? For me, gratitude is another one of the simplest and most powerful ways I know to cultivate a state of well-being. So let's dive in!

🎄 Holiday gatherings can stir up joy… and a few old patterns.
This gentle blog offers reflections and practical tips for navigating family time with more peace, realism, and love. Think of it as a quilt — each person a unique square, stitched together in imperfect beauty.

by Stacy Bremner, MA, RP I often hear clients say, “It’s all about the kids.”And I understand. Parenting is immersive. It calls forth our deepest care, our fiercest protection, and our most tender love. But when I hear this phrase,Continue reading... Why Couplehood Still Matters After Kids

🌿 What I Noticed the Other Day
I invite you to follow my new blog series on healing, noticing, and the journey.
This space offers food for thought — and food is love.💕
After a long hiatus from writing, I’m returning with a renewed passion for exploring Quality of Life in all its dimensions: Mind, Body, Spirit, and Relationships. Not just when things feel easy or aligned, but also when life feels messy, uncertain, or tender.
As a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, I’ve come to see that noticing — in all its forms — is one of the most expansive tools we have.
It’s how I attune to my clients.
It’s how my own healing unfolds.
It’s how we find clarity in the midst of complexity.
This blog series builds on that practice. It’s a way of extending the quiet power of noticing beyond the therapy room — into everyday life, into shared reflection, into community.
Why? Because I care.
And because we can all help each other along the way.
Watch for my blog posts and feel free to follow me to make sure you receive news of my posts.
I am looking forward to this adventure and I welcome your ideas for reflections and blog topics.
Feel free to visit my website any time to read past blogs.

Hello! My great passion is Quality of Life in regards to Mind, Body, Spirit and Relationships. My new blog series is entitled "What I noticed the other day… This space offers food for thought — and food is love."
My intention is to write from joy and optimism, and my goal is to help others connect, feel inspired, perhaps educated or uplifted.
Each post begins with a noticing — a moment of insight drawn from daily life, therapeutic practice, or quiet reflection.
This is a space for wholehearted growth, gentle wisdom, and the courage to live in alignment. Since our journeys are ongoing, one never knows what gift is around the corner.
You’re warmly invited to pause, breathe, and explore what’s stirring in you.

The current climate feels increasingly fractured. Controversial topics have deepened our divides. Learn to avoid us vs. them thinking.

Did you know that relationships naturally and unavoidably go through stages? Here is the first of my blog series to help demystify love - Imago Relationship Therapy - style!

Real love is actually the third stage of a relationship. We can reach Stage Three once we learn how to navigate the Power Struggle stage.
