Beginning January 1st, 2026, my treatment prices will be increasing slightly to stay aligned with current industry standards.

I’m also excited to be adding a new 75 minute treatment option to the schedule a perfect middle ground for those who want a little extra time to unwind or focus on more than one area during their session.

Your continued support, encouragement, and loyalty have allowed my practice to grow in ways I could have only dreamed of. I’m endlessly grateful to each of you for prioritizing your wellness, rehabilitation and for trusting me to be part of your care. 🤍

I am truly humbled and honoured to have been voted as the platinum winner for massage therapist in North Bay!

I can hardly believe that in just my first year of running my own practice, and only two years as a Registered Massage Therapist, I’ve been given this recognition.

This wouldn’t have been possible without the love and support of my incredible partner, my parents, sister and most importantly, my clients, thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me and allowing me to do what I love every day.

Congratulations to all of the other winners, North Bay is full of such talented and passionate people, and I’m grateful to be part of this amazing community.

A year ago, I opened my doors for the very first time. I was nervous, and unsure if I could really do it on my own. What I didn’t know then was just how much love and support I would feel along the way.

To my clients — thank you for trusting me. You’ve given me the chance to do what I truly love every single day. To Pam and Crystal, who gave me the push I needed, I wouldn’t be here without you. And to my partner, my mom, dad, and sister your constant love and support has meant everything to me.

In just one year, I’ve been able to treat 355 individual clients and complete over 1,409 appointments. Those numbers still don’t feel real, but what matters most is the people behind them and the connections I’ve made.

I’m so grateful, from the bottom of my heart. Here’s to one year, many more doing what I love.

To best serve all my clients, I now require at least 24 hours’ notice during business hours for cancellations/ rescheduling.

No-shows and late cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment cost, as they prevent others from receiving care.
