My name is Kaity and and I am an In-Home/ Travelling Recreation Therapist with over 10 years of experience as an adaptive horseback riding coach and experience working in LTC facilities like Community Living and assisted living homes. 🏃♀️🧗♀️🏇🏂🏄♀️🚣♀️🏊♀️🏋♀️🚴♀️🤾♀️🧘♀️
I have years of experience working with both youth and adults as well as those with and without disabilities.
I have developed 3 successful recreation programs within my riding business as well as 2 client-specific workout programs during my time working for CL.
My goal with Get REC'd Therapeutic Recreation Services is to fill the gap I've noticed within our Community.
Offering free in-person/online consultation, we utilize standardized Recreation assessments to determine which domains of well-being require intervention, and develop a personalized plan for each client.
We offer at minimum, 2-hour long sessions, as frequently as each individual desires. Services are open to seniors, youth, adults and those with disabilities.
Get REC'd also offers respite services! With a current First Aid/CPR, SmartServe and In Good Hands Food Certificate, you can be assured your loved ones are getting appropriate recreation care by knowledgeable staff.
