The Veda Life Ancient healing for modern living. Feel good, live well. This "business" grew out of what we love: Ayurveda and Ayurvedic massage.

Taking care of one's own health and well-being is one of the most sensible and sacred things a person can do. From our own experience and education, we help guide people towards greater understanding, balance and harmony in their bodies, minds and hearts to create ease and healing. Nakul has graduated in yoga & naturopathy at Shukhdevanand Yoga & Nature Cure College at Parmarth Niketan Ashram and has been practicing Ayurvedic massage,giving Ayurvedic treatments and teaching others to do the same since 2004. He moved to Canada in 2014 and opened his own practice in Kamloops BC. In 2019 he came to beautiful Tofino to join the team at the Wickaninnish Inn as a spa practitioner in the Ancient Cedars Spa. On his days off, he offer my services from his home studio. We aim to offer you the highest service of Ayurvedic massage in grace. The Ayurvedic Massage is the combination of the Indian ancient massage techniques and herbed oil. As the oil is massaged into the skin through gentle to medium pressured strokes, it penetrates deep into the tissues to loosen toxins at the cellular level. It enhances immunity, increases circulation, elimination of toxins, and creates deep relaxation in the body and mind. A good Indian massage supplies proper circulation, which helps our bodies grow and renew. Ayurvedic massage provides deep relaxation. Physically, it helps all systems of the body. Mentally, it helps mind to relax by removing energies that store past tensions and emotional problems in our body.

Hello Curry Lovers!
I’m excited to invite you to Curry Comforts’ Indian Cooking Classes—a flavorful journey into the world of Indian cuisine, right from your own kitchen! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, these classes are designed to suit all levels.

How It Works:

• Choose Your Dish: Select from a variety of dishes listed on my website: https://currycomforts24.wixsite.com/curry-comforts/cooking-class
• Book Your Spot: Pick a date and time that works for you.
• Prepare Your Ingredients: After booking, you’ll receive a list of ingredients to gather.
• Join the Class: Classes are interactive and must be booked at least 3 days in advance, with payment completed 2 days prior to the session.
• Class duration: Approximately 1.5 hours.

Class Options and Pricing

• Online class one-on-one: $30 for one dish.
• Group class of 2 people: $50
• Groups of 3 or 4: $20 per additional person.
• Class size limit: Maximum of 4 participants.

• One on one In-person class: I will come to your home: $50 for one dish
• Group class 2 people: $75
• Groups of 3 or 4: $20 per additional person.
• Class size limit: Maximum of 4 participants.

Hello Curry Lovers, At Curry Comforts, I’m thrilled to invite you to my online Indian cooking classes! World of Indian cuisine—right from the comfort of your own kitchen! Whether you’re a beginner or looking to enhance your skills, these classes are designed for everyone.

How it works :
Slect the dish you want to learn from the menu (List of dishes that you can choose from, are on my website and here is the link to my website:

and pick a date and time that suits you best. After booking your class, you will receive the list of ingeridents to buy for the dish you chose. Classes must be booked 3 days in advance and payment made 2 days before the class starts.

One on one class: $30, one dish.
Group class for 2 people: $50
For groups of 3 or 4: Add an additional $20 per person
Class maximum: 4 people
Time: approx 1.30 hours

Friday Dec. 6th
Moong Daal: $18
A hearty and comforting dish of slow-cooked lentils, seasoned with aromatic spices and tempered with a blend of cumin, garlic, and ginger. Moong daal is high in protein, balances all three Ayurvedic doshas, is good for digestion and the perfect warming dish for fall. Its a traditional Indian staple, packed with flavour and nutrition.

Saturday Dec. 7th
Mutter-Paneer: $20
A flavorful North Indian dish featuring tender cubes of paneer (Indian cottage cheese, I am now making fresh paneer AT HOME. It is way superior to store bought paneer) cooked with green peas in a rich, tomato and onion gravy. Perfectly balanced with aromatic spices for a comforting, vegetarian meal.

Sunday Dec. 8th
Butter Chicken: $21
Pieces of chicken breast simmered in a creamy, tomato sauce, infused with rich butter and fragrant Indian spices. A perfect balance of savory and mildly sweet flavors.

Indian Cooking Class!

Hello Everyone, I’m excited to share something new with you—I'm offering Indian cooking classes at my home! As you may know, Indian cuisine is rich in flavors and traditions, and I would love to teach you some of my favorite recipes. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to enhance your skills, these classes are designed for everyone.

I’ll provide all the ingredients, and you’ll get hands-on experience as we cook together from scratch everything. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to enjoy delicious food. You can bring your own containers to take home what you cook.

Cost:
Learning one dish $65
Learning two dishes $90
