Experience the tranquility of Candlelight Yin Yoga.
Through conscious deep breathing and longer held poses, this practice encourages yogis to connect with their innermost self, their emotions and sensations.
Yin Yoga works deeply into the body with passive, longer-held poses. Yin targets your deepest connective tissues - facia, ligaments and joints. The poses you will move through in a yin class help to release tension in the body, reduce stress, enhance range of motion, increase overall flexibility and helps to release stagnant energy being held in the body allowing it to move more freely.
Yin yoga is a wonderful practice for both beginners and long-time yogis.
Sundays at 6pm, September 7, 14, 21 & 28.
