My thought this morning:
I'm white, male, living in BC my whole life, healthy, etc -- If I speak up against evil, I am way less at risk of bad repercussions than if I were a woman, living in a developing country, a person of colour, etc. It's my job to call out oppressive behaviour. And also to be humble enough to receive being called out by others.
