What is a mantra?

A mantra is a word or phrase that is repeated. We all have looping thoughts and regular thoughts that come up.

Your mind is always listening. AND your mind is always working to make true the words you say and the pictures you create.

Do you find yourself speaking negatively to yourself on repeat?

‘Why did I do that, I’m so stupid’
‘I’m so old I can’t do that’
‘I’m too fat to go swimming’
‘Nobody wants to talk to me Im not going to go to the thing’
‘I’m not good enough for that job’

Whatever it is, the things you are constantly saying to yourself is your mantra. Like it or not you are programming your mind with the words you speak to yourself. You’re either building yourself up and encouraging yourself, or tearing yourself down, and creating a life you aren’t that thrilled with.

Thoughts become our beliefs and our beliefs shape our actions and experiences.

Don’t take the back seat when you’re designing your future.

Take the wheel. See it, feel it, plan it, and take action.

Baby steps are great. I help my clients overcome the limiting beliefs and obstacles that stop them from moving forward.

The techniques I use uncover the why. Why don’t you take action. Why do you let others bring you down. Why you don’t believe in yourself. Why you seem to keep sabotaging your effort.

A common thread for most people is not believing you’re enough, and that you’re not worthy of the future you desire.

We form these limiting beliefs as children. Our subconscious mind keeping us quiet and small to not be seen. Stay safe. Or be rebellious so you cut off relationships before they hurt you.

Fill your cup!

We all come across a mirror or two daily. Take a moment to love yourself ❤️

The most important words you hear are your own. Make some of them intentional. 🪞 ❤️

Louise Hay speaks a lot about mirror work. It’s a great way to immediately make you aware of where you are open and where you are resisting. The mirror reflects back your feelings about yourself. This is a great way to build self love. Bring awareness to the words you use throughout the day.

Removing the charge of memories and the beliefs we form around them is part of the work I do with the subconscious mind. Through our experiences and what we feel about them, we form beliefs about ourselves, and carry those with us. Shaping our lives. Often in unhelpful ways.

When we look at those beliefs without the judgement of the conscious mind we can transform our perspective of those beliefs and remove the charge. Rewire the belief, and design the life you want.

What we think is wrong is often a symptom of a belief formed in formative years.

Knowledge is power and when you can see where the symptom comes from and why, you CAN change your perspective and choose a powerful new belief that will enable you to create the life you want.

You CAN step into your full potential

You DO have unlimited potential

You CAN have phenomenal confidence

You DO deserve a loving relationship

You CAN charge what you are worth
