Leadership in Action:
CAPhO’s inaugural Leadership Summit is underway in Toronto, bringing together oncology pharmacy leaders from across Canada. Discussions center on advocating for Canadian oncology pharmacy practice by leveraging CAPhO’s Competencies and Ambulatory Oncology Clinical Practice KPIs. The goal is to assess and summarize how these tools are being applied nationwide to inform an oncology pharmacy advocacy toolkit.
