When you’re feeling depressed or emotionally drained, your brain interprets tasks as “high effort,” even when they’re simple. Micro-actions interrupt this cycle. Small steps activate the brain’s reward system, giving you a quick sense of accomplishment.

In Part 1, we explored the challenges teens face when trying to make academic and career decisions — confusion, pressure, and the fear of choosing “wrong.”
