3 WAYS TO CALM YOUR BABY USING FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
1. Begin by rubbing some non-toxic cream or oil (like coconut) on your baby’s feet.
2. Gently circle your baby’s ankle 10x using your thumb & pointer finger. Repeat on other foot.
3. Draw a figure 8 on your baby’s foot 10x using your thumb. Repeat on other foot.

👂RELIEVE INNER EAR ISSUES WITH THIS REFLEX! Do you suffer from tinnitus (ringing in the ears), vertigo (dizziness/spinning), Meniere’s disease, earache or another inner ear issue? Try this tutorial to activate the inner ear reflex to reduce stress, rebalance the ear and promote healing.

1. Start by massaging the tops of your toes & feet with your favorite toxin-free cream or oil to “wake up” the reflexes. Make sure to breath!
2. Locate the Inner Ear reflex by bending your 4th toe and finding it on top of the joint.
3. Using your thumb, press 3x to activate the reflex and massage the joint towards the outer side. Repeat on the other foot.

🌿 One of the simplest healing practices costs absolutely nothing…
Whenever the weather allows, you’ll usually find me barefoot outside — in the grass, on the sand, or standing quietly in the garden.

Not for aesthetics.
For regulation.

This practice is called Earthing (or Grounding) — and it’s exactly what it sounds like: placing your bare feet directly on the earth and letting your body reconnect with nature’s electrical charge.

We are bio-electrical beings. Every nerve signal, heartbeat, and muscle contraction runs on electrical communication. When your skin touches the ground, your body can absorb free electrons from the earth’s surface — helping neutralize excess inflammation and calm an overstimulated nervous system.

Try this tutorial a few days before your period begins to balance the uterus and during to soothe and relieve pain from cramping. This tutorial can also be helpful for Endometriosis!

1. Start by massaging the inner edge of your heel with your favorite non-toxic cream or oil to “wake up” the reflexes. Make sure to breath!
2. Locate the Uterus Reflex by drawing an imaginary line between your ankle bone & back of your heel and following it to the middle point.
3. Gently massage the uterus reflex to release pain, tension and ease cramping. Repeat on the other foot!

Emerging research continues to explore the role of reflexology in clinical settings and the results are encouraging!
A recent study comparing foot and hand reflexology in patients admitted to a Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CCU) found that both approaches were effective in reducing anxiety.
Even more compelling?
👋 Hand reflexology also showed potential in reducing pain.
In high-stress, high-acuity environments like cardiac intensive care, reflexology can help regulate anxiety and improve comfort. Studies like this continue to highlight how reflexology may serve as a valuable complementary therapy alongside conventional medical care.
