I pride myself on being a game-changer with a biopsychosocial approach. I use a whole-entire-person method that lets me get to know you, so I can design a treatment plan that’s as individual as you are. Together, we’ll unearth the biological, social, and psychological factors that could be contributing to your health concerns, and find real solutions to root issues. I know it can be difficult to open up about pelvic health concerns but know that you’re not alone in your experience. By sharing your story, you’ll gain perspective, get support and answers, and finally start working towards repairing, retraining, and rehabilitating your body. My goal is to get you moving confidently again because I so want that for you! And learning more about you is the first step. NO SUCH THING AS TMI! Because pelvic issues can be so difficult to talk about, a lot of my patients don’t realize how common they really are. You can trust that with me, there’s no such thing as “too much information,” because pelvic health is such a huge part of my day-to-day life! This makes Physiotiques a safe space to talk– or laugh, or cry, or rant– about any pelvic health issues you’ve been having. No judgment here! PHYSIOTHERAPY FOR ALL THINGS PELVIC FLOOR. I have additional, professional training that certifies me as a pelvic health specialist, so I know how to handle just about any issue that arises!
