Heading somewhere sunny? If you are, prescription sunglasses are a real treat! They make chilling by the pool and indulging in your favourite down time activity a real pleasure.

We have made the 2026 sunglasses models available early and have a wide selection available of all the latest styles. We typically need about two weeks to craft a custom pair of sunglasses for you so make sure to leave us a little time before you head off.

So what do we get up to on our time off? By now you know we spend a fair amount of time as volunteers maintaining the mountain biking and hiking trails here in North Van.

After Sean’s health challenges a few years ago we started Adventure racing as a way of staying motivated. This past weekend we took part in the Adventure race up at . It was a fun challenging course and to our surprise we took first in our category and third overall!

Now for a day of rest on then hitting the bike park Monday. See you at the office Wednesday!

Look out for our postcard in the mail!

We’re doing our first bit of advertising over the next few days! It feels like a big step for our small business to spend a decent chunk of money in the hope that we reach people in need of an Optometrist. If you can believe it, we’ve been here for six years and have people coming in every day never having seen the office before.

We are grateful for all of your continued referrals! We take it as the greatest compliment when we get to see your friends and family members.

The learning never stops! We come early and stay late in order to stay up to date on the latest technology available to care for our patients. Good session this morning learning about the latest lenses and lens technology. Several new options that will be of benefit for our patients!
