Reconnect with your body.

Reclaim your voice. Release what no longer serves you.

Writing to Release is a transformative somatic healing workshop designed to guide you back to your inner wisdom through the powerful practices of breath, movement, touch, and writing. Whether you join in person or online, you’ll be supported in a safe, trauma-informed space to explore the stories your body holds—and begin to let them go.
In this course, you’ll learn:
Somatic breathwork techniques to unlock and move stored emotional energy
Embodied writing practices that help you listen deeply and express freely
Gentle somatic yoga postures and self-touch tools to support nervous system regulation
How to connect with the wisdom of your body and build unshakable self-trust
Practices to show up for yourself with confidence, clarity, and power
This experience is about more than just writing—it’s about releasing what has been stuck, softening into yourself, and reclaiming your voice and vitality.
All students will receive a free copy of the Somatic Release Journal, a supportive guide to continue your journey of embodied writing and self-discovery.

Healing isn’t easy. I’m in deep pain today. So…Sit with it. Allow the emotions to run and bleed through you. Stand in the dirt and let it flow out of your feet. Write it. Then write your new story. Move with it - dance it, shake it, walk it. Then embrace it. Hug yourself. Hug a friend. Repeat until you’re stronger and upright. Scars to remind you of what you will allow moving forward. Join me this Sunday, Sept. 7 from 4:30 - 6:30 for a powerful evening of nature, connection, and release.

Lynn Valley, meet at the Costeau French school.......

We’ll hike together to a sacred spot in the forest, where we’ll settle into a grounding healing circle of:

Sound Bowls
Breathwork to release stress and tension in the body
Somatic Release Practices
Gentle massage to regulate your nervous system

This experience is designed to help you let go of stored stress and anxiety, reconnect to your body, and open space for fresh energy and focus.

Our lives are BUSY.....somehow busier since technology has “improved” our lives! So how do you fit in a workout, healthy eating, parenting, work, housework, social time, enough sleep....etc? into your day!!!!!???? I’m not perfect, but I’ve created a pretty DOABLE program, for anyone looking to build some strength and energy. Quick and easy meals, quick 30 minute workouts! In 8 weeks, you’ll have built new habits and be a new, stronger, more KICK A$$ version of you! This isn’t a quick fix, it’s a new lifestyle and mindset.
