Writing to Release is a transformative somatic healing workshop designed to guide you back to your inner wisdom through the powerful practices of breath, movement, touch, and writing. Whether you join in person or online, you’ll be supported in a safe, trauma-informed space to explore the stories your body holds—and begin to let them go.
In this course, you’ll learn:
Somatic breathwork techniques to unlock and move stored emotional energy
Embodied writing practices that help you listen deeply and express freely
Gentle somatic yoga postures and self-touch tools to support nervous system regulation
How to connect with the wisdom of your body and build unshakable self-trust
Practices to show up for yourself with confidence, clarity, and power
This experience is about more than just writing—it’s about releasing what has been stuck, softening into yourself, and reclaiming your voice and vitality.
All students will receive a free copy of the Somatic Release Journal, a supportive guide to continue your journey of embodied writing and self-discovery.
