In the recent years, the ‘alkaline water’ became overrated.. people put too much lemon to their water.. which is really unnecessary to put more than 1pc of lemon into your water..! Lemon is good but anything good is best in MODERATION. Too much of a ‘good thing’ could also gives adverse reaction... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Rule of thumb: 1 lemon to 2lt of water. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
