Getting healthy doesn’t have to be so hard. I followed Yui’s Guide to Eating for these 28 days. When you eat whole foods your body understands what to do with it. Inflammation goes down, fat melts, skin glows and the brain is at its sharpest.

Yuis Guide to Eating delves into more than just food. We discuss mindset, seed oils, sleep, bread and so much more. I wrote this guide to be easily digestible. No fluff, just quick to the point.

… and obvi I’m eating all the right things. Yes this is pretty much a full time job. I go all-in when I can. T minus 4 days until my birthday (My content will shift dramatically 🤣)!

But there are some things that don’t change with my routine:
7.5k steps a day
4 workouts a week
Most meals are still Yui friendly (even when I go out to eat)

When you create habits they stick no matter what. It’s like brushing your teeth it just becomes part of your routine.

My Eating guide is also coming out on my Birthday (Wednesday). It’s all about teaching structure and routine around food. My goal is to make eating healthy easy and sustainable for everyone.

Your HEALTH starts with food. You can’t out disease a bad diet with pill and potions.
