12 Week Start Strong Client:
I just finished today’s workout and felt like I needed to share this.
When I started the 12 Week Start Strong program, I didn’t know what to expect. I had been yo-yo dieting for years, trying different workouts and spending hours in the gym, but nothing ever felt sustainable. I felt out of shape, discouraged, and avoided doing certain things with my kids.
Fast forward to now…
I completed the program and loved it so much I signed up for the annual. I’m starting to feel strong and capable in a way I never have before. The workouts fit into my day, and I can actually stay consistent.
I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and dropped 4 pant sizes. I’m more active, sleeping better, and my mental health has improved so much.
But what I’m most grateful for is the mental shift.
On hard days, I hear “show up for yourself” and I do. I’m paying attention to my body, taking care of it, and focusing less on the scale and more on how strong I feel.
I’m doing things with my kids now that I wouldn’t have before, and that means everything.
I’m so grateful I started when I did.
