12 Week Start Strong Client:

I just finished today’s workout and felt like I needed to share this.

When I started the 12 Week Start Strong program, I didn’t know what to expect. I had been yo-yo dieting for years, trying different workouts and spending hours in the gym, but nothing ever felt sustainable. I felt out of shape, discouraged, and avoided doing certain things with my kids.

Fast forward to now…

I completed the program and loved it so much I signed up for the annual. I’m starting to feel strong and capable in a way I never have before. The workouts fit into my day, and I can actually stay consistent.

I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and dropped 4 pant sizes. I’m more active, sleeping better, and my mental health has improved so much.

But what I’m most grateful for is the mental shift.

On hard days, I hear “show up for yourself” and I do. I’m paying attention to my body, taking care of it, and focusing less on the scale and more on how strong I feel.

I’m doing things with my kids now that I wouldn’t have before, and that means everything.

I’m so grateful I started when I did.

A night last week with swings in a skirt.
Ended it with new finds from and great take away conversations.

We talked about strength training
and everything women have been told to fear about it.

Getting bulky.
Doing more cardio.
Trying to change their bodies.

None of it holds up.

You don’t need a new body.
You need to build a better relationship with the one you’re in.

Our Story

Over the past decade Kettlebell Kickboxing has transformed how kettlebells are used and taught across gyms, home fitness, group fitness, professional sports teams, and studios all around the world.

Kettlebell Kickboxing has worked with major brands in event partnerships. Our home fitness programs are carried in stores world wide. Kettlebell Kickboxing is also recognized by fitness and wellness enthusiast and professionals.

Kettlebell Kickboxing Canada was evolution of the US KB brand.Jodi Barret was a full time mom who had lived for her children and now, they had suddenly grown she needed for the first time to search for something for herself. With a degree in physical activity studies, Jodi knew she would be coming back to embrace her love of fitness and wellness.
