Good morning you sparkling beings!✨️ I will have more free time on weekdays for sessions or one on one classes. My work schedule has changed, allowing me more time for appointments. Classes will still run on weekends, but if anyone is interested in me running them during the weekdays, reach out.

Their is no magic pill to heal yourself. Healing starts with the want and desire to heal. Only than will the healing begin. Trust the process. It can get messy but the end result is beautiful. Like the phoenix rising ✨️
