I am grateful to all those who have served, human and equine. I fondly remember our Uncle Gil each day I pick up my guitar. He was in the Airforce in 1943. He died on my birthday to help me never forget.

This is Maggie’s (one of my great nieces) walking a horse for the first time and it so happens to be my boy Mickey!

Notice how intently he is following her. She is a born leader!

I am so grateful for what I get to witness, hold space for as I provide care for my two partners!

No matter your age horses are amazing teachers.
