Feeling down? Running over the same old memories, stuck reliving feelings of past experiences? Feeling resentment, shame, or anything else bringing you down. Here's something that I believe can help you.
Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian spiritual practice for reconciliation and forgiveness. A simple mantra: "I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you," used to clear negative memories and patterns by taking "total responsibility" for experiences, fostering inner peace, healing relationships, and promoting self-love by acknowledging and releasing internal blocks to wellness. It works by directing these phrases with sincere feeling towards the self, inviting healing from the Divine within, and helping to restore balance and harmony.
I love singing along to the song bellow, and even dancing to it. Or you can find another song about Ho'oponopono that speaks to you.
You can also look at yourself in the mirror, while repeating the 4 simple phrases, or singing along to a song.
You might not feel much of a difference at first, but with repetition, you will.
You could always read up more on it (book, internet, ...)
YOU DESERVE YOUR LOVE, FORGIVENESS AND GRATITUDE! 💖
