Our new story ended and started with covid. My classes had to shut down like everything else. Then when things slowly started to open the first time we started classes again and then had to stop again. During the second shut down the church decided they would not rent out any space.

I felt very lost. I packed up all of my equipment and brought it home. I contemplated what to do over the following months. I tried other places to rent and no one was taking renters, even now. So I thought this was it. I started taking photos of my equipment to sell online just like everyone else has been doing.

Then 2 women at my work asked me to help them get back into shape. They had not done much of anything during covid and were no longer feeling themselves. They had developed bad habits and were just not feeling themselves, much like most of us. They wanted to feel stronger again.

Every week for months they got new programs sent to them and they started to feel themselves inside and out. I had found my WHY again.

I truly believe I was put here to help women. The new sexy I believe is to have a heathy mind and a strong healthy body. This does not mean a thin body.

So I am starting over with a new name, a new logo and a new look. I’m really just learning all of this tech stuff so I thought I would take you on this adventure with me. Some days it will be a train wreck lol. But it is the only way to learn. So welcome to the adventure.

Today was a sad day. After 16 years of renting at St. Judes to teach out classes, St Judes has stop renting due to covid. Unfortunately there is not date as to when or if they will rent again. So we are trying to find a new home but everything is closed to renters right now.

So instead of looking at this as a negative we are looking at this as a new opportunity. We now have an app that is coming out and running programs online.

Our classes will continue outside until we can’t do them outside anymore. Please look for updates in the coming weeks. We are doing more positive changes.
