As a Maternal Support Practitioner (Doula) I provide educational, emotional, and physical support throughout pregnancy, labour, and birth. I will also help you prepare for and navigate through the post-partum period. As an Infant Sleep Educator I will provide you with information about normal infant sleep and work with you to create a plan which meets your baby's very real need for nighttime parenting, with your family's need for sleep.
