There is a 24 hr cancellation policy.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior, there is a cancellation fee. You are welcome to ask someone else in your household or on your friends list to take your appointment. Please let me know someone else is coming in your spot. Thank you for respecting my time.
