Meet Alex Hebert ⚽️✨

Alex is our resident physiotherapist at Elevate Rehabilitation. She completed her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University after graduating with distinction in Kinesiology.

Before becoming a physiotherapist, Alex competed as a varsity soccer player in both USPORTS and NCAA Division I, giving her firsthand experience with the demands of high-level sport. 🏃‍♀️💥

Her treatment style focuses on hands-on care, exercise-based rehab, and helping patients return to the activities they love — whether that’s sport, the gym, or everyday movement. 💪🦵
