Christmas is the talk of the town right now but as we head on into December we can’t wait to learn about all the December holidays that also happen at this time of year!

We had the honour of spending time with Master Corporal Keddy to learn about Remembrance Day and what it means in Canada ❤️🇨🇦

It was a meaningful opportunity to listen, share, and reflect on the many ways people serve and contribute to peace and community - both past and present.

We’re so thankful for the time, stories, and knowledge shared with us, and for the chance to connect and learn together as a community!

Thank you to Master Corporal Keddy and The Argyll Sutherland Highlanders!

It's another busy day in the St. Jude's kitchen, where volunteers from Adults in Motion Oakville made 73 servings of Penne & Meatballs for the Pantry Program! ❤️

Push yourself out of your comfort zone!

Earlier this month the crew said it was too cold for a walk, but after some convincing from staff Jon (and hats and gloves lol) they stuck it out and saw a beaver!

So moral of the story is, if you stay in your comfort zone, you might miss some cool opportunities - in this case: a beaver 🦫.

Dear Community members: stop treating us like children!

Can you believe we got told to “move it along” and “awe you guys are so cute” in one trip?! Neither can we but we’re still laughing and smiling WHILE promoting disability representation in all communities 😎

Sheesh… when’s the last time you got called cute while grocery shopping 🧐?
