However, new guidelines from the American College of Physicians says meds such as Tylenol are no more effective than placebo. Instead, they suggested the first line of treatment should be natural and alternative therapies!

The American College of Physicians says back pain of all kinds should be treated with natural and alternative therapies, such as exercise, acupuncture and mindfulness.
