Hello everyone,

My name is Nicole Price-Thomas, and I am a registered psychologist here in Ontario. I named my practice Seeking Answers Psychological Services, because I am really passionate about helping others find the answers they are seeking. Welcome to my online space! You are probably here because you are seeking something. Answers about why you or your child/ward is struggling with learning, behavior or mental health. Answers about why it is so hard for you or them to stay focused or organized. Answers about why you struggle with strained relationships. Answers about how you can get unstuck, thrive and be the best you possible. I provide comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, gifted assessments and counselling for children, adolescents, and adults. I have over 15 years of experience working in school settings and private practice.

Sometimes parents and adults will say: "My child CHOOSES not to pay attention in class. They can watch tv for hours and be superfocused".
ADHD does not mean you have difficulty paying attention to all things, just the ones that aren't self-selected or stimulating.
