This type of training is essential for proper CORE and foundation development.
Movement is multi-planar. Meaning, we move in multiple directions.
Sports or daily life, always involves rotation so it’s important not to neglect this functionality.

- Keep the knee inline with the hip.
- Squeeze the glute on the down side.
