You don’t need to be perfect - but your habits can travel with you.
But staying connected to a few simple habits can make a huge difference in how you feel when you get home.
Here are a few that help most:
• Daily movement (a walk on the beach or workout before your day starts)
• Protein earlier in the day - maybe that looks like packing protein powder if you aren’t sure what options you will have at your destination
• Hydration between meals/drinks - bring your water bottle + electrolytes
And remember, progress isn’t ruined in one vacation.
