Life Sustainers is a Natural Health/Nutrition store for Health-Inspired & Mother Earth-Loving People offering both Consultation

Life Sustainers was a dream envisioned to locally offer holistic healing and natural health goods via a natural health and nutrition store and consultation services in the Six Nations of the Grand River Territory and surroundings areas for people to attain and sustain their healthiest vibrant selves - body, mind and soul. She:kon,(hello) my name is Kwanerahtawi (Given Leaves), more commonly known as Karen Smith, Mohawk, turtle clan, from the Six Nations of the Grand River Territory. I am a mother, a grandmother, Certified Nutritional Practitioner with a Masters in Social Work.

I spent 20+ years working in the Social Work field, having obtained my Masters of Social Work. When I starting to experience unwanted health conditions, I re-evaluated my life, my relationship with food, and sought holistic wisdom to heal my body, mind, and soul returning to wholesome sustenance, herbals and supplementation. My training and experience in Social Work has prepped me to continue to provide compassionate and thorough Consultation services in my new chosen career path as a Holistic Nutritionist.

I embarked on a quest for more holistic healing expertise which lead me to the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and graduated in 2014. Since then I have taken training in Metabolic Balance, Certified Nutrition Recovery Coach, Live Blood Cell Microscopy and continue to learn every day about Natural Supplementation. It is an ongoing passionate journey to help others be their healthiest vibrant self. My new learnings are abundant and I am excited to extend this new expertise to you!
