☀️How Melissa, our founder and lead psychologist unplugged this summer:

On a road trip through BC, Melissa immersed herself in nature. She was surrounded by beauty and invitations to pause, reflect, and recharge.

Here’s some reminders that she brought home with her (other than a full camera roll):

🌸 Fully unplugging from work and technology helps us reconnect with ourselves

🏔️ Boundaries = self care.
When we know what we need, boundaries help us intentionally meet those needs. It’s showing ourselves (and others) that we care!

🌲 New experiences can spark joy. A walk in a new park or meeting a new friendly face, or trying a new food. Newness can help us rediscover what we enjoy and help us be present.

///

How can we unplug this fall?
