You can still find a selection at Centered on Wellness, Heart of Healing and Jacquelyn Marquis (Okotoks Hair Whisperer).

10ml Rollerball
120ml Room/Body Spray
120gm Dead Sea Salt for soaking or scrub
30ml massage oil blend
30ml sample lotion or eye cream

30ml sample bubble bath
30ml sample shower gel

Aromatherapy is a holistic healing practice that uses natural plant extracts called essential oils to promote physical, emotional and mental well-being. The practice dates back thousands of years and has been used in various cultures for healing and wellness.

Participants will learn about the history, principles and applications of aromatherapy in holistic practices while working within set guidelines.

Participants will have access to over 40 essential oils as well as synergy blends along with various carrier bases. Participants will make 5 products from the 8 options available.

Join us for this fun filled, educational session. By the end of this workshop participants will have a comprehensive understanding of aromatherapy and the confidence to incorporate essential oils into their lives for enhanced well-being.
